“You dose not qualify” problem
Hi everyone!
I’ve been selling on EU Amazon FBM for a year now. The business has been doing quite well, and I’m constantly gaining momentum. However, I’ve encountered a problem that significantly impacts future growth, and that is the “You do not qualify” restriction for selling certain brands.
I’ve reached out to my account manager and sent various invoices that could potentially resolve the issue, but unfortunately, without success so far. The account manager is incredibly slow, and at times it feels like he hasn’t done anything beyond our conversations. All he’s told me is that I need an email confirmation stating that the manufacturer allows me to sell their brand.
Has anyone resolved this issue, and is this problem even solvable at all?
