Parallel Import Violation – does this affect account health if admitted?
I have listed a product and had zero sales, received a parallel import complaint and this is affecting my account health. Amazon wont take the invoice as the supplier didnt date it (I dont know why). If I “understand the policy and acknowledge the violation”, what are the repercussions?
I dont want to continue to sell the product as I only ordered 6 to test the sales out, but I dont want to waste any more effort to fight it either. Will acknowledging the violation affect my account health? Similar situation for other ip complaints like counterfeit without test buy My account health is now about 180 with some unresolved IP complaints that I need to deal with. Even had some people send an IP complaint with a pending trademark FFS
The product isnt a parallel import either. Just a greedy brand owner kicking other sellers off
