Selling on Amazon has changed.

About 8 years ago, i lived in the UK and was an FBA seller. Because Amazon didn’t want to be like Ebay, you had one listing and you added yourself as a seller of that item and the sellers rotated the buy box.

I moved to the US and closed my shop.

I am trying to sell items again and the interface is not the same. Now I have to “apply” to sell generic items from Alibaba that people are “branding.” So I apply and it’s asking for an invoice for this brand, which i haven’t got as the stuff is from Alibaba.

I’m not sure how this is approached.

I tried creating my own listing for this item, going against the Amazon model, and after answering the 100 questions, many appear repeating just worded differently, the listing wouldn’t list, it just errored.

What is the process now with branded generic items.
