Are calls from people claiming to be from Amazon legit?

So lately I have been getting calls from people claiming from Amazon who happen to know about the names of brands I sell on Amazon along with my contact info, who offer helping out in listing etc for free. They claim that this is not a third party service but that they are from Amazon itself. The number isn’t an international/ company one, but rather a personal phone number. Their w/a profile pic is an amazon logo. It seems a bit shady, does anyone have any idea what any of this is? Is this some scam or is it legit?
