Error Code 8541 – Listing an Item
I realized I originally listed my products incorrectly in terms of number of items and unit count while setting up a flavor/size variation. The size was meant to represent a multi-pack variation (2-Pack, 4-Pack, 6-Pack).
I’ve already deleted the parent SKU, so the variation no longer exists, but the variants remain as standalone listings. Now, as I try to correct/update the product details, error code 8541 is proving to be a major obstacle.
These are my branded items, and I’m registered in Brand Registry, so I should have full control over my listing content. The most frustrating part is Seller Support’s suggested solution—deleting the listings and waiting 24 hours before making edits. While I could do this for the handful of items affected, it’s time-consuming and makes the items unsellable for 24 hours – don’t want to lose sales.
Has anyone discovered a faster or more efficient workaround that I might not be aware of? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
