Keep getting packages with my address and unknown name

It started like 3 weeks ago. We got a package with our address but a name we don’t know. Two days later the same product came we figured it was someone’s mistake but do do it twice was strange. A week later we got another item. Same name. Now today we got another item. Same name. This is weird. If it was someone’s mistake clearly they would have fixed it or Amazon would oolong told them they are shipping it to the wrong address . My friend said it’s a scam Amazon stores do to look like they sell more products. Hmmm I’ll take it lol got 70& earbuds today
