Experiencing Amazon LTL difficulties

First of all, eff Amazon. Everything is difficult with them, everything, it is designed to be that way. We’re having an issue right now where the partnered carrier failed to pick up a shipment Monday, MLK Day, we thought it was super weird they’d schedule a pickup that day, but whatever, I had someone come in and pack orders and wait around for the truck to show up, never did.

Figured they’d come Tuesday, nope, no-call, no-show. Called the carrier’s local depot on Wednesday and was basically told, they were trying to find a truck to service our location, they’d get it assigned and pick up. Thursday, no-call, no-show. Finally yesterday I opened a missed pickup request with Amazon. They cc’d me on an email with the carrier, carrier states nobody was at our location. BS, we have a video doorbell on the shipping/receiving door, as well as a phone number that gets forwarded to my cell after hours, nobody rang the bell or called. The carrier replied that driver noted they needed a box truck, yeah, duh, it’s in our ‘required equipment’ profile for our pickup location. They never came, they never called, we have video surveillance all over the place.

Now the Amazon team is saying that the shipment has been re-tendered to USPN and will pickup within one business day, doesn’t reflect that in my shipment information, no new BOL, on top of that they link me to Small Parcel Pickup guidelines and tell me I need to sign up with the Carrier using my own account, using my own credit card, schedule the pickup myself with the carrier, blah blah blah. I’m like WTF are you even talking about? This is LTL not small parcel and we’ve had multiple carriers pickup without issue, never had to call, nothing. I set everything up through SC and they show up when they’re supposed to.

This same carrier is scheduled to pick up another load on Monday. I’m not sure what to do at this point, Amazon closed the case out. Like, I got absolutely no assistance, no idea if the carrier or even what carrier is coming.
