Seller Fulfilled Prime Trial Issue – Am I Screwed?

A couple days ago I decided to enter into the SFP trial – I’m a one man operation and have been FBM for the last 8 years. I have the ability to ship everyday and sell high margin items, so I got started.

Checked my SFP metrics page today and saw I am below the threshold of 93.5% of orders arriving on time. I downloaded the defect report and saw 4 orders that were delivered late due to either weather or general carrier delays, all of which are obviously out of my control.

I shipped these orders on time and they were all scanned by the carrier on the “ship by” date.

Shouldn’t I be covered with OTDR protection or are Prime packages not included in those protections?
