Variation listing with unique description for each variant

Trying to create a new listing which has a size and colour variations. Each size will have a unique description as it will include the measurements of the product.

How do I enter a unique description for each size variant? I cant seem to find it anywhere when I create the listing? Or do I need to go into each variant once the listing is created and edit them individually there?
