Amazon FBA Manager Comp Structure?
What would the comp structure of someone responsible for initiating and managing Amazon FBA for a small business be? Owner made it clear that he wants me to have a comp structure to be incentivized. I’ve read that out of the revenue, Amazon fees are around 1/3, another 1/3 for expenses, and 1/3 are profit. How much of the revenue/profit should I be getting?
Never negotiated salary let alone a pay structure before. Any insight would be much appreciated!
