Struggling to Create Amazon Seller Account – Date of Birth Format Problem

I’m having a lot of trouble creating an Amazon seller account. I’ve double-checked all my information and documents, and I’m following all the instructions. I suspect the problem is with the date of birth format. Amazon’s system seems to want DD/MM/YYYY, but my driver’s license uses MM/DD/YYYY.

I’ve contacted support, but all I’m getting are automated emails with generic instructions I’ve already tried. I even sent them this message (included below). Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
