Help setting up seller account–I don’t want the pro plan but can’t opt out!

Hello,

I’m brand new. As in, I’m just now trying to set up my seller account. I got to the part where they ask for bank account and credit card number, and it tells me I’m going to be charged 39.99 for the pro selling account. I do not want the pro selling account. There is no option to de-select it though. I just want a personal account. But whenever I try to go out and restart the process, it takes me back to where I was–forcing me to pay the 39.99. How can I start over and get an individual seller account instead? What do I do?
