Are supplement seller approval requests currently suspended?

I recently applied for approval to sell supplements but my application seems impossible. Are approval requests for supplements currently suspended for all sellers? Is this common and will it resolve automatically with time?

Any feedback from sellers who’ve experienced this would be helpful. Thanks.
