How to transfer the ownership of an existing Amazon account

Is there any way to transfer or convert ownership of my Amazon business/Amazon account so that my SS is not connected to the new Amazon account? I do not want the gated products or the ability to list items for sale (or anything else, for that matter) changed – I just want the ownership & the associated bank account to be changed to the new EIN or SS # while I still fully control and run the business.
