Products Will Not Update. Even if I delete and repost. Wtf?!

Hey y’all! I’m having a hard time here. I had to take down my coffee product because I couldn’t update the descriptions make them accurate for our current offering. Anytime I updated the product descriptions they would revert back to the original copy. So I deleted them and have started remaking the product pages. As soon as I add the UPC, it saves it with the OLD copy from the product that I deleted. What is going on!?
