Selling on Smaller Amazon Marketplaces? (SE, NL, PL, ZA, SG, AE, etc)

I’m starting out with FBM on Amazon Sweden and realizing how different the dynamics are compared to bigger marketplaces. Since there’s no FBA warehouse in Sweden, most sellers seem to ship from German FBA centers, which adds delivery time and VAT complexity. Demand is less, but so is competition.

Interested in hearing how others are handling similar markets – Amazon.se, .nl, .pl, .eg, .ae, .sa, .sg, .co.za, or any others that I might have missed
