I need Tax Residency proof of Amazon for tax reduction purpose in my country

I have a problem and would appreciate some help.

I work with Amazon as a foreign partner, and now I need a document that proves Amazon Services is a US tax resident, which will help me pay lower taxes in my country.

Does anyone know where and how I can obtain such a document?

Also, I would need this document for Amazon CA and UK. I would appreciate any help!

P.S. I believe the W-9 form could work (it’s not ideal), but I can’t find a version signed in 2025. The latest publicly available one I found is signed in 2024.
