Company is Out of Business, Transparency Labels Required

I purchased some products before I started Amazon thinking I was building inventory, not really knowing about the whole gating requirement. Well one of the items requires a transparency label. I reached out to the manufacturer but they have now gone out of business, so there’s no way to get transparency labels. They are no longer even responding to emails. Should I reach out to Amazon to try to get the requirement removed or can I create my own listing? What are some other options?
