Order Cut Off Times having 1 hour added by Amazon

So, Amazon Support notify me that if the last time of the day that I am willing to accept an order is 3pm for same day dispatch, I must set my order cut off time to 4pm in seller central.

Amazon seems to think we’re all st*pid sellers and that we are unable to workout that if we accept orders up to 3pm, that we clearly haven’t incorporated any time for us to actually process and ship the orders, so they add 1 hour on without telling us that’s what they are doing. Helpful!!! NOT.
