Brazil Marketplace Orders (FBM)

We are a U.S. based company and we just started getting orders from our Brazil marketplace. Our 3PL almost always ships USPS international and that has been the case with the orders from Brazil. I’m looking for experience with others who also ship to Brazil and what your experience with USPS international has been with your orders.

Did you find delivery times were accurate? Did you have any customee complaints about duties?
