Apply to sell Human Ingestible

Hello,

I had listed two supplement products as a new seller until three days ago, and until yesterday when I reached out to support I was able to reach the form and page where I provide them all the info to apply to sell it for one of the products (they are PL), but the other one was falsely being flagged as counterfeit, so I reached out to support to fix this issue. I wake up today to being unable to apply to sell both products now and the support told me it’s due to my account metrics or other reasons. I was just able to apply to sell the product just yesterday for 3 days, and now after reaching out to support instead of helping they made the issue worse? Does anyone know what I can do regarding this? Thanks
