Are Nigerian scams showing up in Amazon Seller Returns?

I was sent a scam threat that if I didn’t file a claim with my insurance to pay for a 419.00 medical bill, my Amazon account will be deactivated. I emailed the hospital a copy of the medical bill for authentication, and they said it was fake. The lawyer they name is a Private Equity, and Corporate Leverage attorney. Does Amazon have a Fraud Department to protect sellers ?

Anyone have this happen to them? Any suggestions what department to send this to? Thanks
