Amazon sales dropped to zero for no reason

Took a vacation for 2 months and came back turned off the vacation settings. I am 100% FBM and first 2 days sales were good and then it tanked ever since. My performance page is spotless feedback 100% Called Amazon they dont have a clue. I have no idea what’s going on.

Also BB% shows 3% but in reality none of my listings getting Buy Box. Thus sales are zero.

I chatted with support but they are all saying they dont see a problem from their end.
