“Other” fee – no explanation

I was about to get my measly weekly payout and I see that most of it was clawed back by Amazon, only explanation – “other”. On the forums, I see other sellers have the same problem, for much larger amounts. I was unable to open a case as I ran into a bunch of options that all relate to FBA, which I do not do. The only kind of help I could get was messaging the team on the Sell Amazon FB page. They are looking into it.

Anyone else run into this, and did you have a satisfactory solution?
