I refused to clear amazon USA payments also did not ghost myself

I faced huge loss last year i sent some products that immediately sold, then i decided to send big quantity but amazon accused me of intellectual property infringement which i didnt my trademark is still pending now they closed listing i admitted the loss but since im not US resident i couldn’t ask to send my inventory back, they wasted all and trying to charge me 8500 AED, im UAE resident and never been to US. i blocked my card i keep replying them i wont pay because that accusation is wrong and they need to give me proof i did something wrong they asked me to clear the amount then dispute the case which i refused to agree its a lesson i learned and i just want to get rid of it now what can they do if i dont pay?
