Best actionable steps for below issue? Thanks

A buyer purchased over $600 worth of fragrance from me in 6 separate orders. I want to require signature upon delivery for my own protection but I am concerned that I will highly inconvenience the customer and lead to poor feedback. Another thing to note is that the address is extremely sketchy with very misspelled words and punctuation / letters / characters are jumbled purposefully. The same buyer (assumingly) created another order to another address on the same street as the other six but it’s a different name of buyer. Essentially, any USPS delivery person would look at it super confused and likely mark “address undeliverable” after I, the seller have to pay $3.95 PER order for signature proof upon delivery verification. I dont know what to do in this case and it really seems like this person is out to scam me but i dont want my cancellation rate to get messed up. Any advice would be highly appreciated. I have to send this order by tomorrow
