Why Amazon Support is so DUMB? They always act like they are kid or brainless people sitting in Amazon support.
We had a order on 5th December, we shipped it with UPS and it got delivered on 8th Dec, in just 3 Days with fast shipping. Although it was just general 5days shipping order but we shipped it fast. Now, the customer claimed they didn’t received item and UPS tracking says it was delivered in front of their door.
We understand buyer could be correct but we responded them within timely manner and informed about delivery status. Later on, buyer filled A-to-Z claim with Amazon.
Now see how Dumb Amazon support is, they have all tracking info, order details, delivery details and everything but still they made a decision in favor of buyer.
It’s ok, we don’t mind but it doesn’t stop here. They put our account on risk status.
How stupid they can be? We have bought shipping directly from Amazon which secure seller for A-to-Z claims.
