I use Amazon Shipping for COD orders. Since February 26, 2026, Rs 7,618 in COD remittances have not been credited to my bank account despite 5 separate disbursement attempts by Amazon’s own team.
Each time Amazon confirms payment with a UTR number. Each time the bank confirms nothing received. Their bank update portal has been broken since March 6.
I have raised support cases (12248487242 and 12249760552), contacted the Grievance Officer, filed RBI Ombudsman complaints, and filed a consumer court complaint. Still unresolved after 50 days.
Amazon’s team including Seya Sen, Mohsin Akhtar, and Haarshini Sundararaman have acknowledged the failure in writing. The issue appears to be entirely within Amazon’s internal payment system.
Has anyone else experienced COD disbursement failures with Amazon Shipping? How was it resolved? Any suggestions welcome.
