Updated SKU Condition – Do I send to FBA under the old one?

In February I added a SKU condition to reflect our barcodes that come on our packaging so I didn’t have to add additional stickers to my product. I have to send more to the Amazon Warehouse/FBA and it is saying I can’t because it’s not registered with my brand. Do I send in via the old UPC # or somehow get the new one into my brand registry. Why they’re not linked is beyond. Anyone else have this issue?
