Refund from Ads wallet account.

Hello – I loaded an amount of 2500 into my Amazon advertising account & seems the entire amazon seller thing is managed horribly. I get orders but no-one picks up under easy ship.

How can I refund back the amount from my Amazon ads wallet account??
