Cease and Desist Letter from Vorys on behalf of Crocs

Opinions wanted. I received a cease and desist letter from vorys on behalf of crocs. I had a consultation with a lawyer and they said as long as my inventory was genuine (which it is), it may be possible to push back with a legal letter and continue selling. Here’s the thing: I’d really hate to get my Amazon account permanently suspended or get sued! I’m mostly curious if anyone has pushed back and been successful at it? I’ve already complied with the request for the time being and deleted my listings, so I’m not in any immediate danger, as far as I’m aware. Thanks!
