Can I sell as a brand with GTIN Exemption?

We manufacture our products in Home Category and are currently selling with GTIN Exemption. We recently applied for our brand to be trademarked, however we don’t have GTIN/UPC codes yet.

1) Will it be possible to go ahead with Brand Registry? 2) Can I sell as a Brand without GTIN/UPC continuing with GTIN exemption?
