Hi Guys. I have a seller account and a buyer account under the same email address. On May 27th, someone hacked my buyer account and placed an order for the sum of 500$. It has affected my seller account as well, and it has been locked. I have submitted Amazon with several documents showing that I am the owner of the credit card used in the account, I have filed it several times until they have sent me an email requesting a utility bill. I have filed it as well. I have called the buyer support line so many times, talking to the supervisor, while asking for them to escalate the case to their supervisor. Every representative promised that they will email me back or call me back. Today after I talked to them for over an hour, I have just received an email saying Amazon has decided to close my account. This of course refers to my buyer account and not the seller’s one. I’ve got no idea how to unlock my seller account and I’m going crazy.
