FBA not processing Delivered Inventory

Hi All,

So I have had a few units the Amazon shows as arrived in their FBA warehouse for about 2 weeks now, however, my listing is still now showing as FBA eligible to customers. I am not sure why this is happening, the cases that I have been submitting are not really working. Does anybody have experience dealing with this issue and do you have any suggestions?
