Can Amazon have “amazon’s choice” for competing brand name?
If I sell a brand of yoyo’s called Bimbo which is brand registered, can amazon have another brand listed as “amazon’s choice” when someone is searching for Bimbo on amazon? In other words, Tom’s Yoyo’s shows as an amazon choice for “Bimbo Yoyo’s” Is that legit?
