Is my seller central account activated?
I recently applied for a seller central account so that I could start selling on amazon and submitted all of the verification documents. I was then scheduled for a live phone interview verification on Friday but I noticed that a day before the phone interview that I got a email stating that amazon verified my identity and all I needed to do was activate my account.
The day came for the video chat and i received a email reminding time that my appointment was that day. It also said that I need to be logged in into my account 5 minutes before the interview looking for a call button. It also said that if there was a problem and I couldn’t join then they would call me 5 minutes after the time of the interview. The time came I didn’t even see the video chat button. I waited and nobody called me.
Now its the next day and I can see the dashboard of my seller central, edit and list products. Does this mean my account is activated, and ready to go?
