Does anyone else ever have a hard time with seller support?

I had an issue with my account where I wanted to change the email address.

I spoke with 11 people, all with different answers or telling me it was not possible.

I figured it out on my own…

That’s not a support team that’s just a formality to have someone real to talk to for your complaints smh
