Help with account- Stuck in circular hell with support
I have recently become interested in selling on Amazon so I head over to seller central and try to sign up. It tells me that my account has been terminated. Ok, I think I looked into this a few years ago and didn’t do anything with it. I go back and choose login and the next page I see asks me to select the merchant and marketplace but the UI wont let me select anything. I am completely stuck and when I send an email request they just tell me that they can’t find an account with my email and that I should login and change my profile. Except I can’t login because I can’t get past the “choose merchant” page. That also means that I can’t edit and add anything to the case so I have to re-open new cases every time. So I am stuck in a loop
Is there a different mailer or phone number I can call?
