need help with customer

Hi guys, buyer says wrong item was sent. I know this is a complete nonsense because I get only few sales on Amazon and I know exactly what I send and always make sure everything is right. What do I do at this point? Now I have my account at risk of deactivation because of this.. incredible. Any help would be appreciated.
