Account deactivated due to imactivity even though I am an active seller?

Previously sold on FBA (US) for a while, then took a break. I added some new inventory and everything is going well, have some sales as well. I also added .ca marketplace to try it out.

Now suddenly I get a message saying I need to reactivate my account. I have inventory and pending sales, why is this error coming up?

I received an email, and when I go in to my account (not using links) it says “You currently have limited access to Amazon Selling services”
