no Hijack protection?

It was Terabyte hdmi cable sold by known big seller appario retail, now i see some seller hijacked this listing and selling cheap different brand called Premiumav stealing all good feedback by previous brand, If big sellers can loose their hard earned feedback and product just like that what is the protection to small sellers?

Im a new seller, i just trademarked my brand and ready to sell on amazon. if i put all my effort to earn customer trust and feedback can it be hijacked by anyone?
