Lost Primary Login
Hi, in March, my boss deleted a Buyer Account not realizing the fine print that it is linked to our Seller Account. Therefore, we lost our Primary login access to our Seller account. We have an outside marketing team for Amazon and they have a Secondary access, but it is limited; they can’t add any other users.
We have had numerous conversations and emails with various Seller Support reps with 0 luck or next steps or any way to resolve this issue.
Does anyone have a higher up or escalation team contact that can help?
No one has seen this issue before so we have had 0 luck in finding a solution!
