Please Help with Identity Verification Issue

Background: So I started a seller account on an individual plan under my LLC a while ago and got it verified but was inactive. When I recently tried to switch to professional, the account was automatically made inactive, and I was asked to reverify, but when I submitted my personal driver’s license as ID (all info on the account uses the LLC, I can’t find reference to my own name anywhere), Amazon said it did not match the “personal name” they have on record. I called support and was told to resubmit with explanation in the comments. I did, but the response was the same.

Question: So, where exactly does Amazon cross-reference the name on my driver’s license/ID to confirm it is correct since my name is the only thing it’s giving them, but everything on the account seems to be under the LLC? Is it a field on the Amazon account? Do they check my state’s local business registry? Where is the disconnect happening?
