Trying to add a product with the same EAN as an existing product – but the products are different

I am having trouble trying to add a product to Amazon and support say they don’t see any issue at all. I am trying to add a product by the EAN in the search box, and it shows the blue headset. If I go to the listing of this product here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/GOJI-GPS4HS19-Gaming-Headset-Blue-PS4/dp/B08KWJNQ2P?th=1 it has a different name note: the name says Green xbox but says Blue ps4 on the actual listing The product I physically have has the same EAN but it is a completely different product. I have contacted support a couple times and they say they can’t find an issue – I can’t add the first product and send the product I have because they’re different – but I thought EANs were unique to each product.
