Emailing Jeff Email & Response
Hi, I emailed jeff at amazon.com a few weeks ago and was very surprised to get a response. However, they told me they couldn’t help me because the email I used wasn’t found to be associated with a Seller Account. If I could have responded, it would have been a simple clarification and then I could have gotten the help we need. We have since emailed jeff at amazon.com from the correct email with no response.
Any ideas on next steps?
It is not as simple as getting seller support and going to our account, because our Primary Login is gone. We still have our account and inventory, but only accessed through Secondary login from our marketing team.
