I’m doing home delivery how do i get a tracking number for that?

Hey, i started selling on amazon about a month ago and about 40% of my products are on home delivery (Like the people that pick up a product in their own cars and stuff) and i don’t get a tracking number i was wondering if there is a way to bypass this. Also amazon has been holding my money for a while now is there any way to speed up the process?
