Hello. I’m going to sell women’s shirts on Amazon. We ordered a product to try, and I’m shipping it myself. I don’t get any shipping services from Amazon. But there is a $4.49 cut off for shipping on the pay portion. So the buyer pays an extra $ 4.49, which also does not come to me, and this is added to the price of the product. What is this for?
