Questions about Brand Registry [UK]
It is my understanding that I can file an application for Brand Registry with a pending trademark, but is it necessary to make use of the IP Accelerator program in order to apply for it?
Beyond that, what happens if a pending trademark that’s been introduced into Brand Registry is ultimately rejected by the UKIPO? What must be done in cases like these?
Would sincerely appreciate any and all answers here. Just trying to do things the right way.
