Deactivated due to counterfeit claim
I was selling a brand name item which I was legitimately buying from a reseller. I’ve been selling for the past 3 years, and now I was recently hit with 2 claims. 1 claim was approved, however the other one didn’t even get approved although I had provided the receipt of only 2 of that item in question that was claimed counterfeit, but the invoice had +10 items (of other items) total (as the requirement states). I’ve even sent the letter of authorization from the retailer. It still won’t get approved and it’s still deactivated. Then they asked for the past invoices for 365 days. I added as much as I can (it can only fit 20 attachments). I don’t know what else to do. It seems like Amazon just wants to take seller’s money and keep my inventory off of one counterfeit claim when I have sold hundreds of the other items of the same brand. Should I hire one of those account gurus to help me out of this or talk to the seller health specialist? Who knew Amazon were a bunch of crooks using these policies to kick us out. I’m going to exact revenge one day against Amazon if I don’t get my 10k and my inventory back.
