Reselling Dumpster-Dive Inventory

I am wondering if it is against Amazon Seller TOS to resell inventory from my dumpster diving business. Much of the inventory is still completely packages, and if it has food or other substances on it, we wash it off. Would it be ok to sell as “new” if the packaging is still intact? I am aware that people resell discounted inventory from places like ROSS and Walmart, but have not heard of this before so I’m just making sure.
